And the really unfortunate thing, you can spend hundreds of hours in the gym and more than a few dollars testing a system before you discover that it doesn't work and is just another muscle scam.

I have committed a lot of time researching information on numerous muscle building programs. One program indicates that you can actually build muscle in 7 minute. Is this program legitimate or is it another muscle scam? The claim sounds too good to be true. But what are the facts? Have there been any studies to support this type of statement? The author of this program is a bodybuilding expert that gives advice to professional trainers and encourages them to use his techniques. This system may be great for professionals, but will it work for ordinary people like you and me, or is it just another muscle scam?

I am not one who advocates the use of steroids. I am a bit of a purist when it comes to that subject. I believe that the long term health risks far out-weigh any near term benefits, so I stay away from products or programs that recommend the use of these potentially dangerous substances. The forex options market started as an over-the-counter (OTC) financial vehicle for large banks, financial institutions and large international corporations to hedge against foreign currency exposure. Like the forex spot market, the forex options market is considered an "interbank" market. However, with the plethora of real-time financial data and forex option trading software available to most investors through the internet, today's forex option market now includes an increasingly large number of individuals and corporations who are speculating and/or hedging foreign currency exposure via telephone or online forex trading platforms.

Forex option trading has emerged as an alternative investment vehicle for many traders and investors. As an investment tool, forex option trading provides both large and small investors with greater flexibility when determining the appropriate forex trading and hedging strategies to implement.

Most forex options trading is conducted via telephone as there are only a few forex brokers offering online forex option trading platforms.

Forex Option Defined - A forex option is a financial currency contract giving the forex option buyer the right, but not the obligation, to purchase or sell a specific forex spot contract (the underlying) at a specific price (the strike price) on or before a specific date (the expiration date). The amount the forex option buyer pays to the forex option seller for the forex option contract rights is called the forex option "premium."

Once the premium is paid, the foreign currency option holder has no other financial obligation (no margin is required) until the foreign currency option is either offset or expires.

On the expiration date, the call buyer can exercise his or her right to buy the underlying foreign currency spot position at the foreign currency option's strike price, and a put holder can exercise his or her right to sell the underlying foreign currency spot position at the foreign currency option's strike price. Most foreign currency options are not exercised by the buyer, but instead are offset in the market before expiration.

Foreign currency options expires worthless if, at the time the foreign currency option expires, the strike price is "out-of-the-money." In simplest terms, a foreign currency option is "out-of-the-money" if the underlying foreign currency spot price is lower than a foreign currency call option's strike price, or the underlying foreign currency spot price is higher than a put option's strike price. Once a foreign currency option has expired worthless, the foreign currency option contract itself expires and neither the buyer nor the seller have any further obligation to the other party.

The Forex Option Seller - The foreign currency option seller may also be called the "writer" or "grantor" of a foreign currency option contract. The seller of a foreign currency option is contractually obligated to take the opposite underlying foreign currency spot position if the buyer exercises his right. In return for the premium paid by the buyer, the seller assumes the risk of taking a possible adverse position at a later point in time in the foreign currency spot market.

Initially, the foreign currency option seller collects the premium paid by the foreign currency option buyer (the buyer's funds will immediately be transferred into the seller's foreign currency trading account). The foreign currency option seller must have the funds in his or her account to cover the initial margin requirement. If the markets move in a favorable direction for the seller, the seller will not have to post any more funds for his foreign currency options other than the initial margin requirement. However, if the markets move in an unfavorable direction for the foreign currency options seller, the seller may have to post additional funds to his or her foreign currency trading account to keep the balance in the foreign currency trading account above the maintenance margin requirement.

Just like the buyer, the foreign currency option seller has the choice to either offset (buy back) the foreign currency option contract in the options market prior to expiration, or the seller can choose to hold the foreign currency option contract until expiration. If the foreign currency options seller holds the contract until expiration, one of two scenarios will occur: (1) the seller will take the opposite underlying foreign currency spot position if the buyer exercises the option or (2) the seller will simply let the foreign currency option expire worthless (keeping the entire premium) if the strike price is out-of-the-money.

Please note that "puts" and "calls" are separate foreign currency options contracts and are NOT the opposite side of the same transaction. For every put buyer there is a put seller, and for every call buyer there is a call seller. The foreign currency options buyer pays a premium to the foreign currency options seller in every option transaction.

Plain Vanilla Forex Options - Plain vanilla options generally refer to standard put and call option contracts traded through an exchange (however, in the case of forex option trading, plain vanilla options would refer to the standard, generic forex option contracts that are traded through an over-the-counter (OTC) forex options dealer or clearinghouse). In simplest terms, vanilla forex options would be defined as the buying or selling of a standard forex call option contract or a forex put option contract.

Exotic Forex Options - To understand what makes an exotic forex option "exotic," you must first understand what makes a forex option "non-vanilla." Plain vanilla forex options have a definitive expiration structure, payout structure and payout amount. Exotic forex option contracts may have a change in one or all of the above features of a vanilla forex option. It is important to note that exotic options, since they are often tailored to a specific's investor's needs by an exotic forex options broker, are generally not very liquid, if at all.

Intrinsic & Extrinsic Value - The price of an FX option is calculated into two separate parts, the intrinsic value and the extrinsic (time) value.

The intrinsic value of an FX option is defined as the difference between the strike price and the underlying FX spot contract rate (American Style Options) or the FX forward rate (European Style Options). The intrinsic value represents the actual value of the FX option if exercised. Please note that the intrinsic value must be zero (0) or above - if an FX option has no intrinsic value, then the FX option is simply referred to as having no (or zero) intrinsic value (the intrinsic value is never represented as a negative number). An FX option with no intrinsic value is considered "out-of-the-money," an FX option having intrinsic value is considered "in-the-money," and an FX option with a strike price at, or very close to, the underlying FX spot rate is considered "at-the-money."

The extrinsic value of an FX option is commonly referred to as the "time" value and is defined as the value of an FX option beyond the intrinsic value. A number of factors contribute to the calculation of the extrinsic value including, but not limited to, the volatility of the two spot currencies involved, the time left until expiration, the riskless interest rate of both currencies, the spot price of both currencies and the strike price of the FX option. It is important to note that the extrinsic value of FX options erodes as its expiration nears. An FX option with 60 days left to expiration will be worth more than the same FX option that has only 30 days left to expiration. Because there is more time for the underlying FX spot price to possibly move in a favorable direction, FX options sellers demand (and FX options buyers are willing to pay) a larger premium for the extra amount of time.

Volatility - Volatility is considered the most important factor when pricing forex options and it measures movements in the price of the underlying. High volatility increases the probability that the forex option could expire in-the-money and increases the risk to the forex option seller who, in turn, can demand a larger premium. An increase in volatility causes an increase in the price of both call and put options.

Delta - The delta of a forex option is defined as the change in price of a forex option relative to a change in the underlying forex spot rate. A change in a forex option's delta can be influenced by a change in the underlying forex spot rate, a change in volatility, a change in the riskless interest rate of the underlying spot currencies or simply by the passage of time (nearing of the expiration date).

The delta must always be calculated in a range of zero to one (0-1.0). Generally, the delta of a deep out-of-the-money forex option will be closer to zero, the delta of an at-the-money forex option will be near .5 (the probability of exercise is near 50%) and the delta of deep in-the-money forex options will be closer to 1.0. In simplest terms, the closer a forex option's strike price is relative to the underlying spot forex rate, the higher the delta because it is more sensitive to a change in the underlying rate.

A Review of the ACME People Search Business

My review of the ACME People Search Home Business leads me to conclude that this is perhaps the most honest and transparent Internet marketing business available today. The ACME People Search Business actually started in March 2008. It is built on a 3-Step platform. Step 1 is free and new associates establish affiliates relationships with ClickBank, HD Publishing, Trial Pay (replaced MyLife), Commission Junction and Google AdSense. They are then provided a free "search engine" focusing on the "people search" niche. Their personal "search engine" includes their affiliate links with the above mentioned companies.

Step 2 allows associates to 'brand' their "people search" search engine by purchasing their own hosting (approximately $10/monthly). Step 3 completes the process, but there does not appear to be any pressure to complete this step. They have an open Forum that I read and I am basically left with the impression that people are cautioned about committing to Step 3. This step costs an associate $29.95/monthly, but it is continuously stressed to them that there is no need to join until they understand how to advertise, market and promote their business on the Internet.

Last summer, completing Step 3 meant that an associate could receive referrals fees from the business. However, it did not fully open all income streams to an associate. Associates had to join the Wealthy Affiliate (WA) University ($39.99/monthly to have their 'Super Affiliate Switch' flipped to open the additional income streams. But, even then they could not use the ACME People Search platform to promote WA. All WA commissions went to the business and the owner.

In fact, it was mentioned a few times that it once cost $1,000 to become an associate, or Step 3 member in this business. Presently, it costs $29.95/month. The "Super Affiliate Switch" died during the fall of 2009 and WA commissions were then available to all Step 3 associates. So, in the short term, the costs have gone from $1,000 to roughly $70/month to $29.99/month. And, all income streams can now be offered using the ACME People Search business platform... and they have significantly expanded since last fall. So, the entire monthly price for this business is just under $40 ($29.95 plus hosting). More importantly, the owner gave up new commissions to the WA; choosing to pass them on to his associates.

Step 3 income streams now include WA, HostGator, Global Virtual Opportunities (GVO), the ShoeMoney System and Affilorama (Traffic Travis)... as well as referral fees or commissions that come from the business. Plus, the ACME People search stalwart, Global Domains International (GDI). ACME People Search associates continue to dominate the GDI Leader Board week after week. There is a lot of discussion about this on their Forum.

In my opinion, customer support and training are traditionally the weak 'step-sisters' of Internet marketing. Just try to get a timely answer to a question that you have during the evening hours! Good luck! Put in a support ticket and someone should get back to you within 24-48 hours. Is there phone support?

The ACME People Search Home Business suffered from much the same dilemma early last summer. So, Tissa Godavitarne, the owner and active manager of ACME People Search established the Forum. Plus, he paid Super Sponsors to answer questions. This appears to work very well. Plus, the owner conducts Go To Meeting Webinars on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. These Webinars are designed to allow anyone to ask any question about the business. This business also has phone support during normal business hours, Eastern Standard Time!

The owner currently introducing 'offline advertising' sometime this summer. He has claimed to have already conducted testing in his local market... running TV, radio, and print ads. He is bringing this advertising to his associates. Participating associates will be put on a rotator and share all leads. The requirement was to complete Step 3 and pay it annually with one month free. Then, to celebrate the ACME People Search business's two-year anniversary he sweetened the offer. Anyone paying the annual fee by March 31, 2010 would be granted lifetime Step 3 membership... and never pay a Step 3 fee again. As best as I can tell, over 200 associates took him up on this offer.

I have seen many changes in the ACME People Search Home Business during the period of this review. This is a business that continues to grow and make positive changes that benefit participating associates. Granted, Tissa (owner) is making over $2,000,000 a year. He appears to be like any other successful small business owner, that happens to market his products and services on the Internet. The characteristic of this business that I found most intriquing is that this owner seems to be genuinely interested in helping his associates grow their business.

Sports nutrition is a vast industry with emphasis on optimizing PERFORMANCE. Off hand, I can think of quite a few categories involving sports nutrition:

As an analogy, think of running a car engine as the cellular production

and the car emissions a the free radical production. The engine produces products which cannot stay inside the car without further damage. They simply must be neutralized and expelled.

Free radicals form and cause damage by reacting with many substances in your body. It is estimated that upwards of 200,000 free radical attacks occur in our bodies daily.

When free radical damage is done, the body can remove the compounds formed by its cellular repair system. However, if the body cannot handle the free radicals (with antioxidants for example), nor remove the compounds, then disease can be the result.

Contrary to popular opinion, free radicals do not circulate throughout the body. The half-life of most free radicals varies in a range of a few nanoseconds to about 7 seconds duration. That means they will react within the "neighborhood" (a few Angstroms or microns near where the increase in free radicals occurred) ...organs, connective tissue, circulatory or nerve tissue, bone or lymphatic material are all candidates for free radical attack.

Wherever they form, they will damage the surrounding areas, unless prevented by the body...So the body does NOT have the luxury of just filtering away any circulatory fluids to find the free radicals. The body's defense systems must be...well...fairly omnipresent to neutralize the effects of free radicals. The antioxidant protective system must be healthy.

Since they are highly reactive substances, they react with all sorts of cell elements readily. But, when they do react with your body cells, they can damage the cells and even kill them. Often, the damage from free radicals can CHANGE the cellular structure enough to cause DISEASE such as cancer, diabetes, arthritis, heart disease and a host of others.

The type of disease that occurs is dependent upon which of the free radical defenses in the body weren't functioning properly and where the free radical attacks occur.

The body has pretty sophisticated antioxidant defense systems. But, the body CAN get overwhelmed in its antioxidant protections against such free radicals...

Indeed, unless antioxidant enhanced sports nutrition (with glyconutrients) are used to offset the increased free radical burden, the BODY will suffer as a result of intensive sports training, stress, and competition.

Studies comparing marathon runners who did and did not take glyconutritional sports nutrition supplements were undertaken. How can you go about learning options trading? At first, the world of options looks complex and difficult. There is a lot of hype about how insanely profitable options trading is, and how ridiculously dangerous it is. The process is not that difficult, but you need to control your greed and be patient in order to succeed. Here are seven steps that will help you master the process:

1. Learn the basic terms and concepts. Start with an understanding calls and puts and how they are traded. You shouldn't start trading yet, except on paper, but it does help to get the terminology under your belt. Understand when you would buy or sell, and whether you would use a call or a put. You will learn about terms called "Greeks", but they are not a cause for alarm. Get to know about the term "Delta" in the beginning, and also learn about time decay. You should become familiar with the term "volatility" and its influence, and you should understand terms like ITM, ATM and OTM for both calls and puts.

2. Pick a basic, lower risk strategy. Once you have the key concepts under your belt, choose a strategy that will not expose you to too much risk, and ensure that you preserve your capital. Remember, the basic rule (before you get to thinking about profit) is "Don't Lose Money!". You might pick on something like credit spreads, covered calls or DITM options. Try the strategy in different ways, in different market conditions. Paper trade it for a month or two, and include some extreme trades in the process, until you are completely familiar with how it works, and where the dangers may lie.

Any more, and you start making mistakes, because of the complexity, or will end up with analysis paralysis. The higher the risk of the trading strategy, the more analysis you need, but build into your trading plan the exact factors that you need to know, and stick with those.

5. Paper Trade! It is really important, as you learn options trading, to do a lot of paper trading. Use this to try out some extreme examples, and some risky trades, so that you see for yourself what can go wrong.

6. Get a grip on your greed! This is one of the big killers of option traders. Start with a strategy that gets you an average of 5-10% profit per month, and do it consistently, before you take on bigger, riskier strategies.

7. Avoid Option Advisory Services. They are quick to take your money, but generally slow on performance. It is much better to learn for yourself how to do it, and then you can control what happens to your money.
